I female, twenty nine and I am tired of feeling ugly, unloved, and rejected. Will God forgive me?, I feel suicidal and I am scared?.

Answers:

No,He wont , suicide is a sin. Instead seek refuge in your Lord. He will save you from all the bad people

You sound depressed. I would go in and talk with someone about this

Get some help! AND check your self talk. Your self talk may be resulting in a self fulfilling prophecy.

It's not worth it

You just said something very important - "tired of feeling ..." You can tell the difference between reality and the way you feel now.

You're wearing depression glasses, which make everything you see look worse, including what you see in the mirror. When you recover, things will look very different.

Pessimism is a symptom of the illness. Your problem solving ability is temporarily impaired, which makes things seem hopeless. When you recover, problems will have solutions that you see as obvious.

Treatment usually begins with a visit to the GP, who can give you a physical and a referral. I mention referral because just a prescription is not a very good approach.

Two things recommended by experts for coping in a moment of crisis - remember these

Slow breathing is very effective. Square breathing - in to 4, hold to 4, out to 4, hold to 4. You'll feel better in 5 min or less. When you're calm, you can think carefully.

Simple distractions. This video has a guide to things on the www, also a very good hotline.

By posting this, you are taking the first step to managing this. You need to find someone you can talk to, a professional therapist or advisor (not just someone you know). For many that feel as you do, just talking it out in a safe environment helps deal with it and even get rid of the feelings.

Listen to this over and over until you become reprogrammed.
